Are staff  fully trained?	YES We have standard training procedures and company inductions in place for all staff.

Does the company have Public Liability Insurance?	YES 20 Million Dollars Underwritten by Lloyds of London.
Does the company offer “Wet Weather” insurance?	YES
How many years of industry experience does the operator have?	YES Established 1991 18 000 events over 20 years.
Can you contact the operators?	YES Our office has over six permanent staff to answer all enquiries.  Mobiles are used on weekends and after hours.
Will you receive what you have ordered?	YES We are an Event Management Company, not Carnival Operators.
